A lovely family of first-time working parents is seeking an experienced, career nanny to partner with them in caring for their 4.5-month-old baby. They are looking for a confident, knowledgeable professional who will serve as a trusted guide during this exciting first year and beyond.

This is a long-term opportunity for a nanny who takes pride in supporting early childhood development and becoming an integral part of a growing family.

Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Flexibility to stay late 1–2 evenings per week as needed
Domestic and international travel approximately 4 times per year

Responsibilities Include:

* Providing attentive, nurturing care in a safe and engaging environment
* Guiding and supporting developmental milestones
* Planning and leading age-appropriate activities, including tummy time and sensory play
* Introducing solids and supporting feeding transitions
* Partnering with parents on sleep routines and early potty training when appropriate
* Maintaining baby-related organization (nursery tidiness, baby laundry, supplies, etc.)

The Ideal Candidate:
* Is a seasoned career nanny with strong infant experience
* Has deep knowledge of early childhood development and milestone progression
* Is confident advising first-time parents with professionalism and warmth
